Pricing you can say out loud
$30 CAD times your number of teams. No subscription, no percentage of team payments, no fine print. If we can't explain a fee at the ballpark fence, we don't charge it.
Elevate HQ exists because the person running a weekend softball tournament is usually a volunteer — and the software they're handed is priced in USD, locked once generated, and built for someone else's market.
We're a small Alberta software team that kept watching the same scene play out: a parent volunteer, a laptop, a tournament that starts in three weeks, and a stack of tools that charge in US dollars, skim a percentage off every team's registration, and lock the bracket the moment it's generated.
So we built the tool we thought should exist. One flat fee in Canadian dollars — $30 per team, charged once. A setup wizard that assumes no technical background. Brackets and schedules that stay editable all weekend, because real tournaments change on Saturday morning. And live scores on a public page any grandparent can open, no account required.
Tourney is the first product under the Elevate HQ umbrella. We're soft-launching it at a single Alberta tournament in August 2026, then opening to everyone in spring 2027.

Weather, dropouts, and a coach's Sunday-morning phone call are part of every real tournament. Every structure the software generates stays yours to edit.
CAD pricing, Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA) as a design constraint, and youth-player data collected only when a tournament genuinely needs it.
