Pricing that fits on a napkin.

$30 CAD per team, charged once, when you publish. That's the entire pricing page — everything below is just proving it.

The breakdown.

Most competitors charge USD, take a cut of every team payment, or both. We charge the tournament director one flat fee, once, in Canadian dollars — and that's the whole model.

$30CAD / team
  • Charged once, when you publish — not per transaction
  • No percentage taken on team registration payments
  • No intrusive ads — ever
  • 24-hour window to adjust your team count before it settles

Don't want to build it yourself?

The Managed Tournament Build is our white-glove option: send us a questionnaire or the spreadsheet you already have, and our team builds your pools, schedule, and bracket for you. You review, adjust, and publish. Priced per tournament.

Questions tournament directors actually ask.

Yes. Creating an account and setting up your tournament is free — no card required. You only pay when you finalize and publish, and it's the flat per-team fee — never a subscription.

That's between you and your teams — Elevate HQ isn't in that flow. You collect however you already do (e-transfer, cheque, your own Stripe link). Our $30 CAD/team fee is charged to you, the tournament director, once, when you publish.

You have a 24-hour finalization window to remove teams before the charge settles. After that window closes, the charge is final — but every part of your bracket and schedule stays fully editable.

If you have to cancel the tournament outright, your $30 CAD/team fee is fully refunded. If weather just shortens the weekend, everything stays editable — cut a round, compress the schedule, move games between diamonds — without rebuilding from scratch.

Yes. When a score is entered, it publishes to the tournament's public page immediately — every coach, parent, and grandparent following along sees it, with no account and no app install.

No. Flat fee, no percentage on team payments, no per-transaction skim. That's the whole pitch — most tools in this space take a cut somewhere, we don't.

Designed with Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA — as a guiding principle from the ground up. Birthday collection is off by default when you set up a tournament; you'd turn it on only if your tournament actually needs age verification, which keeps data exposure to a minimum otherwise.

A white-glove option where our team builds your tournament structure, pools, schedule, and bracket for you based on a questionnaire or your existing spreadsheet. You review and adjust from there. Priced per tournament — ask us for current rates.
